Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, please email support@drgoodsessentials.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If a physical return is required, we’ll provide instructions. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products may not be eligible for return, but please contact us and we’ll review your situation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once a return or refund request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
