Which products are right for my child?

Daily Multi is designed for children ages 1 and up, with age-specific serving sizes. Healthy Brain Chews are for ages 4 and up. Other products have their own age guidance, which should be confirmed on the final product label. Choose based on your child’s needs, not just the number of supplements available.

How much should my child take?

Follow the serving directions on each product’s label. Daily Multi uses different scoop amounts for ages 1–3 and ages 4+. Healthy Brain Chews recommend one chew daily for ages 4+. Do not exceed the labeled serving unless your child’s healthcare professional recommends it.

Can my child take more than one Dr. Good’s product?

Some products may fit together, but ingredients can overlap—especially vitamin D. Check each Supplement Facts panel and consider other vitamins, fortified foods, and supplements your child already uses. Ask your pediatrician if you’re unsure what combination is appropriate.

Do your products work for children with food allergies or dietary restrictions?

It depends on the product. For example, Healthy Brain Chews contain fish and are not vegetarian or vegan. Always check the full ingredients and allergen statements for the specific product before use. If your child has a food allergy or a special diet, contact us or discuss the label with your child’s healthcare professional.

Who creates Dr. Good’s formulas?

Dr. Good’s Essentials was founded by Dr. Katie Good, MD, a board-certified pediatrician and mom of seven. Her approach starts with children’s real nutritional needs, thoughtful ingredient choices, and products families can realistically use.

How do you decide what goes into a formula?

We start with a clear nutritional purpose and consider ingredient forms, meaningful amounts, the intended age group, and what children may already get through food and other supplements. We aim for formulas that are practical, understandable, and thoughtfully designed—not a longer list of ingredients just for the label.

How do you choose ingredient sources?

We consider ingredient quality, form, supplier information, and suitability for the finished formula. For example, Healthy Brain Chews use EPAX® marine omega-3. Where relevant, we explain specific sourcing decisions on the product page rather than making broad claims about every ingredient.

Are Dr. Good’s products third-party tested?

Independent testing is part of our approach to quality and transparency. Testing status and available finished-batch reports vary by product. Daily Multi has a current batch report available on its product page. For other products, check the individual page for the latest testing information.

Why don’t you make bigger health claims?

Because parents deserve clear information, not exaggerated promises. We explain why ingredients are included and what nutritional role they serve, while being careful not to present supplements as treatments or guarantees. Food, sleep, and other healthy habits still matter.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping, and when will my order ship?

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order, and orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking is emailed once the order ships.

Where do you ship?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information. If you don’t see the message, check your spam folder or contact support@drgoodsessentials.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@drgoodsessentials.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
